其实就是黄桃慕斯的^ ^
lalala 这个真的是做过的慕斯中最好吃的 由不得不信邪 甜点 还是法国人的方子牛 不如我陆续来贴方子八 ^ ^

贴方子呢：（6寸）
手指围边和底 蛋4个 糖100g 低粉100g （海绵做法）
1.蛋白加糖打至干性发泡
2.取1/3的量与打散的蛋黄液混合 再与剩余的2/3混匀
3.筛入低粉 从下往上翻拌均匀
4.装入挤花袋 挤成圆饼状 以及有一定间隙的长条状
5.210度 15min
6.取出后放入模子 注意连接处不要留缝隙
（量偏多。。。剩余的直接食八啦啦啦）

英式奶油馅 牛奶150ml 蛋黄2个 糖40g 鱼胶粉适量（一直都不称的 大概8g八。。。）
1.牛奶煮沸 凉至微温
2.蛋黄加糖打至糖溶解 颜色微白 与1混合 混匀
3.倒回锅内 加热至粘稠（注意不要沸腾）加入鱼胶粉 搅至其溶解

慕斯 黄桃泥170g 淡奶油250ml rum一勺
将黄桃泥 rum倒入奶油馅 拌匀 淡奶油打到6分发 与前混匀即可 ^ ^

然后将慕斯馅倒入放了蛋糕底和围边的模子 冷藏到凝固 放点黄桃装饰

红小番茄好抢镜啊 ^ ^ 芝士内加乐焦糖液和咖啡液 上面装饰想像中应该是做成焦糖色的。。。结果第一次做不敢加热过久 搞成了粉色 怪里怪气的 还有一坨 不过这才象走路撞树锅盖烫鼻子的老人家我做的
